We bought the car. During the pandemic buying a car was not ideal, but John was awesome as we waited for paperwork and did the transaction outside. Negotiations were straightforward and easy. They weren’t really set up to do the deal outside, but they accommodated my request to not go inside the building.

Tried to sell me the Acadia with a few easily fixed faults. Told me I’d have to purchase an extended warranty if I wanted it fixed. Then told me if I Didn’t want a broken button in my car to by a new car. Also talked over my partner to the point that it was frustrating and we left. Rude, slimey. Not to mention they offered me $1500 LESS than the other dealerships we visited for my trade in! Don’t bother with this place!

won't neg,in good faith never returned calls when they said they would,they raised the price of the car instead of lowering it even tho the car has been sitting there over a month....

This dealer I have been working with these past few weeks they are amazing

David (the sales and lease consultant), Brandon (the manager), and Anthony (the Finance manager) all took care of me from the moment I walked in until I took home the car today. There was no pressure or gimmicks, and the team never talked down to me. I felt comfortable giving them my business, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who has done their homework and wants a fair deal.

Not good. I asked if they had the title in hand, and if they could handle a registration swap for my current Tundra registered in MASS. They answered yes. I drove down there ready to trade in my truck and buy this 2019 Tundra. They did not have the title. Even worse, they advertised a clean car fax. Not true. The vehicle was in a serious accident. I would give them zero stars if i could.

I was very unhappy with the purchase of my car. I bought the car and they took two weeks to deliver it to us when they said it would only be two-three days. Three days after I got my car, several warning lights turned on on my dashboard and I brought it to my local Honda and they said that there is a serious problem with the engine.

I didn’t talk to anyone. I got a text as I pulled into the dealership saying the truck had been sold. I wish they had text me before I left my house.

Hugo the Sales Rep also very knowledgeable on every aspect of sales, descriptions of vehicles, states stats, car faxes, polite! Wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer!
