Used 2017 Audi A7 for Sale nearNew York, NY

How much does the 2017 Audi A7 cost?

Prices have softened 4.27% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 175 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2017 Audi A7 a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for this model year, and the 2017 Audi A7’s overview points to a luxury fastback that blends style, practicality, and upscale equipment. You get a coupe-like shape with more everyday usefulness than a two-door, plus standard all-wheel drive and a well-equipped cabin that was positioned as a more affordable used luxury buy than many shoppers might expect.

That combination makes it a strong fit if you want a premium car that feels distinctive without giving up four-door usability. 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2017 Audi A7 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also shows a well-equipped luxury model with standard all-wheel drive, a robust V6, and a mature first-generation refresh that added updated lighting, infotainment, and connectivity. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about basic appeal and more about making sure the specific car you choose has been maintained properly and matches its premium positioning.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 Audi A7?

At 66.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially on bodywork, panel alignment, and signs of repair quality. Because this is a luxury fastback, you should also focus on overall condition and how well the car has been cared for, not just the asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Audi A7?

This looks like a moderate market where selective buyers can still find value if they shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 175 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.27% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 66.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,027, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Audi A7's resale value?

The current average of $19,249 sits slightly below last year's $20,109.

That decline suggests the market has moved in buyers’ favor, which can make the car easier to purchase now but may also mean future resale gains are more limited if the trend continues. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you can help protect value, but you should still expect a premium-luxury model to depreciate over time. The fact that demand remains supported by a strong user rating helps, but condition and maintenance will matter a lot when you eventually sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Audi A7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 66.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.27% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2017 if you want the best balance of price, equipment, and market availability in this generation. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year with a lower asking price may be worth comparing, but the 2017 remains the cleaner all-around choice when you want the refreshed first-generation A7 experience.
