"I put a deposit down on this Jeep and drove 6 hours to buy it. It was absolutely filthy. They hadn't even detailed it. It had dings and scratches and three major paint anomalies. No one seemed to care that I was coming. I realize in the face of all their super expensive cars, mine was insignificant. I know this because they made sure I felt that way. Lisa did the best she could although she didn't see to the prep of my car either. I would give them no stars if I could. I have never felt more disrespected in a car buying experience."

"The online response was fine. However, I had been to the dealership
twice. The first visit I test drove a car, but by the time I got back Lamar, the
salesman was with another customer. I waited 30 minutes to tell him I was
ready to purchase the car but finally got tired of waiting and left. I gave
them my number to call but they never did. A lost sale.
I went back the next weekend and no one even spoke to me during my
entire time there.
Find someone else to buy a car from. These guys don't have a clue. "
