Their sales tactics are reminiscent of the bullying you saw at used car lots to decades ago; 1st - they bait & switch you w/ the 'advertised' pricing that you see posted to Car Gurus(or whatever other sites) to get you in the door - this car actually was advertised at $9999. When we got there it was $15,999 on the sticker - we went ahead & test drove it, anyway; perhaps the posted price was a mistake....NOT. The methodology they used instead was to make you believe you were getting the 'deal of the century'; that they were going to lose money on the car. Instead the sales tactics they used were to grind you into buying a extended warranty and GAP insurance - "just so the bank would even consider buying your loan", we were told. Which I know is absolutely false. 2nd - Insulting someone w/ credit dings to pressure them into buying the car. Repeated my wife had her credit report shoved in her face to, I guess, shame her into buying the car at unfavorable terms. I just felt it was a humiliating car buying experience that we had to go through that no one, regardless of the situation needs to endure. My recommendation on the dealer: STAY AWAY!!!"
