(2 reviews)I own a 2016 Dodge Journey and just the other day the drivers head rest popped out . I was changing my seat cover for the head rest when this happened. I tried to put it back in place but there aren’t any clips to fix it so I figure it’s a defect. I’ve read a lot of complaints about this happening. This needs to be placed on the recall list. I have also had trouble with my transmission, which I have also heard bad news about. Hopefully Dodge will figure out and fix these problems.
Was looking at buying this car and noticed the rear climate control kept changing the temperature on its own. We could turn it to cold and it would automatically switch to heat.
