"They responded but I called them first and purchased the vehicle. Van (sales) was great although the description of the car saying navigation included was incorrect on the website (not his fault) and I didn't notice until looking at the certified checklist. I already have another car and had a checklist of what I wanted in this car. I didn't appreciate the sales manager kind of downplaying navigation.....I don't care that I have a phone, It's all about what I want!! All in all everyone was friendly and I was an easy sell because I was tired of looking for a car. Was seeking used, low mileage, reliable, and found it! "
