Phony games
Pressure buying
Made two phone calls Day I was picking up car
we made a deal on, to make sure the car was still
available and deal was still being honored. I
drove over an hour to get there and have them tell
me they sold the car three days earlier. Then
offered me a Kia sportage knowing I was
specifically looking at Rav4s. Terrible sales
games, completely unnecessary and unfair
practices. Complete waste of time. I wouldn't
buy anything from dishonest people like that.
Would never buy car there nor sending anyone
there. A positive note- Cam was our first contact
there, and he was courteous and straightforward. "

"Car was as described on the site. The salesperson was a dud, very
unengaging and lacked basic knowledge on the car - did not offer any
information whatsoever. I have no idea why it's his profession.
Getting the car to me was a very tedious process. I was promised the car
on a certain day and no one followed up with me that I couldn't get it that
day. It took all day to speak with someone but when I finally got in touch
with the General Manager, he resolved the issue and got the car to me
that day.
They didn't send the loan paperwork when promised.
It's easy to reach someone when you're interested in a car but almost
impossible to when you've actually purchased the car and need to follow
up."
