David was exceptional in helping us acquire this vehicle.

Salesperson was bothersome. Christina Mazzone was her name and I had to block the dealerships number on my phone because she would not quit calling. I told her I was on vacation and would call her when I returned yet she still continued to call while I’m on vacation with my family.

The salesman David at this dealership was great! Very good communication, answered all questions totally worked for me. Follow up good. This was very streamlined for 2 transactions! This was a great experience-but the salesperson was definitely the key.!

Contacted dealer, but response wasn’t quick enough. We were ready to buy that day so we decided to drive up there. Took a 15-20 min to bring the vehicle out and it looked nothing like the picture. Don’t waste your time going to see it at least until they post photos of the actual vehicle. It was filthy inside we decided not to even sit in it. We looked through window and left disappointed. The guy that helped us was nice though. We purchased a 2012 QX56 the next weekend from another dealership.

I rate them a 10 because they were very aggressive in reaching out to me not only the salesman but the sales mgr. and supervisor.

This has been a terrible experience! No one working at CarMax has a clue what is happening. It’s too big for any decent service. The car that shipped was not the same car in the pictures and was an entirely different color.

Taking delivery on Saturday! Process have been smooth and painless. Our sales rep, Rachel, was nothing short of accommodating and reassuring. Car was 50+ miles away, CARMAX delivered it to a dealer closer to me (at no charge). Test drove, fell in Love with car, I purchased it. Needless to say CARMAX did a SPECTACULAR job. Thank you CarGurus.

I didn’t care foe the attitude they displayed. Said something about my vehicle (MB AMG 43) wasn’t worth much according to their sister store. I was shocked at what they seemed to think of my vehicle. They only offered 40K at a 50k vehicle I’ll never buy anything from “Auto Nation”!

Sales man. Mike Rodriguez lied Said car is avaliable computer showed avaliable found out they advertised and salesman who work there hide car and bought it and they advertise on site are fake ads and was told to resere car online is bs a gimmick and game drive 40 miles to fall for this scam tactic
