Dealer Rating: (15 reviews) "I had been researching a car at this dealership for nearly two but lived 7 hours away so the bulk of my research was done online and through email with their sales people. During one email I asked about the condition of the car, specifically asking if there was any dents, scratches or chips in the body. The response I got stated that, "the car was in great condition and there were no visible dent, scratches or chips on the body of the car." Well I drove the 7 hours to the dealership expecting to buy this car only find that there were multiple dents and scratches no to mention a large chips on the roof of the car which was rusting. I was pretty pissed off at this point. Had I known about this damage I wouldn't have driven 7 hours to see this car. Then I asked the salesman "helping" me how long the car had been at this dealership. He told me it had been there for 4 days. As I mentioned previously in this review, I had been researching this car AT THIS DEALERSHIPS FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS. I'm fine with someone playing hardball when negotiating but flat out lying to me is something I don't tolerate. They lied about the condition of the car through email and lied right to my face about how long it had been there. They clearly have no respect for their costumers and will say anything to try to make a sale. I will never go to this dealership again."

Salesman stated that they would have the system "charged". We did not test drive it. A week later, I contacted the dealer via email, and he stated they were ordering a compressor. Another week went by, and asked for an update. Well, they were waiting for us to buy the Honda "as is" and would "bill" us for the repair to the AC. That is not the way to do business. This car has been on the lot for over 90 days, and the non functioning AC is probably the reason why. When we followed up about negotiating the price, without the AC repair....the Dealer said they do not Negotiate. The car was overpriced and we will not be paying extra for a feature that should be in working order. They will not have my business any time in the future."
