Staff was very friendly and honest. Got a great deal on a car and left the dealership within an hour and a half of getting there with keys in my hand!

All I got to say is that they are very friendly and the costumer services is a 10/10.

Great buying experience with my daughters first car will definitely be coming back for my cars in the future.

No follow-up, and their messages kept saying the car was on its way.

I was inquiring about a vehicle. The salesman ask me to send my ID to run my credit and never heard back from him. I called a few days later to check on the status of my application and he didn’t know who I was or what car I was talking about because someone had sold the car. I just felt like they weren’t honest.

Drove 3 hours to go look at this gorgeous vehicle. It was everything I'd hoped it to be, except for the fact that it had some visibly cosmetic issues that were not noted in the description of the vehicle or told to me over the phone. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, but they need to do better by adding any defects the vehicle may have before someone comes to look at it and be surprised or disappointed for an issue that they weren't aware of. Otherwise, I would've given a 4 or 5 star rating.

Nice car but had bad brakes. They actually slipped and the car creeped forward at a stoplight while I was test driving it. The sales rep admitted that he knew the brakes were bad (probably why the emergency brake was on in the lot). They said they were already planning on fixing the brakes & would call me as soon as it was done. ... still waiting.

I had a great experience with Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring. I bought a Lexus RX350 and I have to single out Ali Golestani and Camille Diamond . Ali was especially knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. There was no pressure, no haggling just respectful salesmanship. From the first call to signing the final papers, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will return for my next car.

I was contacted by a dealer representative in a timely matter. I was kept informed regarding the status of the car.

BUYER BEWARE!! The negative reviews are true.. Textbook bait and switch dealer. They lower their prices to get you in the door then charge thousands in fees. Offered $23k for a range rover that they had listed for $26k. Salesperson said that price is impossible and that I'd be looking at $33k with taxes and fees. Even if I agreed to the listed $26k price, where does the extra $6k come from? Salesperson was rude!

If there is zero option for the rating I would choose that. This dealership people are extremely irresponsible. They set me an appointment for the vehicle which wasn’t in their lots. I just ruin my 2 plus hr for nothing.

Was a good experience worth the hour and 40 minute drive to purches my Vette. They gave me my asking price for my trade in. All the sales associates and owner where very helpful and friendly. Honesty seems to be the watch word they strive for.

I wasted my time visiting this dealership. They told me that the price listed on CarGurus was wrong and that I should have looked up the price on their website, which was $1,500 higher! Once I objected, the nice attitude of the finance manager quickly changed to mean. So it turns out that "Great Deal" assigned by Cargurus was in fact a "Good Deal". I believe the dealership intentionally misrepresented pricing to pull unsuspecting customers in.

The salesperson was not enthusiastic and did appear interested in serving us. When we expressed interest in the car and presented a price he was not willing to work with us and when asked for the manager was told it would change the answer. The manager was not willing to take a dollar below the price and you have to pay your own taxes at the MVA after you get the car. They offered to show us cheaper cars indicating we could not afford the car we wanted......we said thank you and left.

Ran my credit multiple times only to tell me I needed a co-signer after I already had a pre approval without one

The car I wanted had been sold a day prior. The sales person Ernest Owusu was very helpful with other options. I will come back

They were prompt about responding information.

They had the car up for sale but didn't have the car. It was several days out from being delivered. The sales guys were nice but who puts a car up for sale that you don't have(yet).
