I couldn't purchase the car right away, as I was waiting for some money that was coming, and they held the car for me for almost 2 weeks! Even when someone else came and wanted it, and put down a deposit, they let me know, and I told them I'd be there the day we had previously agreed upon. I was coming from out-of-state to purchase my car, and they were helpful in explaining what to expect when I registered it in my state. They were so very nice to me, and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about Safa Motors. THANK YOU, Safa Motors, you've made me VERY HAPPY. (As my son said to me on the way home, "Mom, this is the car that you were always meant to have". THIS, from my 19 year old son! Having another Buggy has brought us closer together. Went into the office to ask to be helped and was handed the keys and then they sat back down. I inquired about missing parts on the engine and was told the vehicle was a cheap price. I looked at the reviews before going to the location. Didn't pay too close attention to the negative reviews but what did stand out to me was the unprofessional manner in which they responded to them as I'm sure they'll do with my review as well. I had cash in hand, but they never took the time to find that out. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. To their benefit i will say the vehicles onthe lot seemed to be in good condition, but with the lack of concern for a customer I'd be cautious since they probably wouldn't help If there was a problem with the vehicle.
