2012 Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium for Sale in Pittsburgh, PA

Response online was OUTSTANDING. After making an appointment it really appeared like no one knew I was coming. 20 minutes to find the keys. I just lost my interest in this deal and walked away.

They are not great communicators, I asked a question regarding the total price and they evaded the question multiple times. i expect they had hidden fees they didn't want to disclose although i cant be sure.

They sold the truck an hour before my scheduled appointment

The worst car dealership I ever dealt with. They tried selling me a car with an odometer discrepancy, where the odometer described on the website was different from the actual car and carfax, and when I told them to fix the issue for me to finish the buying process they sold the car to someone else. These actions are unjust and are an infringement upon the companies own agreement and according to consensus.

I bought my last 5 trucks at Cochran.....always a great experience. Chuck and Vince are go out of their to help.

Very quick in getting back to me

The car was a good deal. The sales experience was ok. The salesman was accommodating but not very personable. Seemed to be a little upset cause I met with another sales associate a month earlier. But he did drive to my home to get paperwork signed by my wife during a blizzard so that makes it all better!!!!

Good to deal with

I was contacted immediately after expressing interest. The entire process was easy. Worked with Mario. Listing was accurate, and I was able to test drive 5 mins after we found the vehicle. The lot is huge, so finding the vehicle did take some time, maybe 15 minutes. Not pushy at all, very easy to deal with. Felt like I was buying from a friend, not a dealer. Once I decided on buying, entire process took 2 hours. I would definitely buy from here again.
