They are an Honest dealership where there are no Hidden costs and you don't feel like your being "ripped off". I emailed the dealership and told about my trade-in and the payment I would like to end up paying for the car I wanted. Joe Herrera responded and told me he thought he could make it work. I thought “oh boy, here we go again". I had been to two dealerships already both with similar cars. One was hard to work with, the car was only fairly priced, they offered an extremely low trade-in price and very high interest rate, and the other didn't have the car advertised when I got there for my appointment (although they assured me they before going in) and tried to sell me a higher priced car with less features. Anyway, Joe met me when I pulled into the dealership. We test drove the car. He showed me the features of the car and told me of the existing warrantees still on the car. When it was time look at numbers, everything was upfront, my trade-in price, the interest rate, and the price of the car. They gave me a good trade-in value and great interest rate and matched the monthly payment I said I wanted! Unbelievable! When I went to the finance department Nicole Halstead was very helpful. Not pushy but did describe the extended warrantee and the value of it. It's a good deal for piece of mind. Platinum Chevrolet has a customer for life. I’ll be recommending them as frequently as I can. Thank You Joe and Nicole for such a please experience. Who knew you could find that at a dealership!"
