2012 Chevrolet Sonic 1LS Sedan FWD for Sale in Philadelphia, PA

Bernard Sampson was great; this was my first vehicle purchase and he got me a great deal on the car AND my insurance. I am 24 and just got my license in July yet he got me some amazing prices and the process was very quick. I went alone and did not feel pressured to sign/buy anything. Everything was explained to me in great detail and so far I’m having a great experience with my car and the paperwork. I have already recommended carvision to a few of my coworkers.

I’m telling the manager the price of the car in good condition is worth 30,285 he tells me he put the car in fair condition and it came to 32,900 I don’t understand why people make “used” car buying so difficult but they want to make commission lol car dealerships don’t like educated car buyers it’s a shame

Although we ultimately decided to look for a different car, Willy at Kelly was absolutely terrific! He took the trouble to make a video of the car & was extremely accommodating so I could take the car for a day to show my son & wife. He was great on communication & made me feel like my business was very important.

Spoke the the gentleman on the phone 20 minutes after they opened and he assured us the truck we were coming to get was still available we drove almost 2 hours away and when we arrived he proceeded to tell us oh yea sorry that was sold at 7 this morning I didn’t know but let’s go look at other one. Trying to sell junk trucks more expensive.

My days can get hectic, so email is easier for me than getting random phone calls and he was respectful and responsive to that. Provided me with great service and I would definitely recommend dealing with him and the dealership in the future!

Rachel was helpful, unfortunately the vehicle we wanted was listed as an F sport and was not, they promptly corrected their website. Did get us a great approval, wish we could have used! Would definitely buy from them if they had the car we wanted in stock.

This dealership has poor customer service and a lot of hidden fees.I spoke with the dealership and reached an agreement with them on a car price and told them I would be coming from out of state. I got there and this folks added almost $5000 extra charges and hidden fees that I have never heard of from any other dealership..And the price they displayed on car guru is just a deception to lure you to their office. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all.

Made an appointment. Drove an hour and a half to get there and the truck was not there. That's what appointments are for. Terrible communication and disrespect.
