I cannot stand a company that doesn't know how to return phone calls. What's worse, is when you tell them folks aren't calling back and then it's repeated. This is a clear "we got the money, so who cares". Cedric, Sheik and Jermaine are worthless. Speaking to them is like speaking to the wall. Cedric "promised" he would call back, nothing. Jermaine "promised" a call back, nothing. I'm annoyed at all the disrespectful attitudes. Costumer service should be a priority. They act as if you need them more than they need you and your business. Well guess what? I wouldn't return if you gave me a free car. My request was simple..... All I wanted was the dealership to order the carpool sticker for the electric vehicle form REG 1000 D. I would pay the costs and get the sticker within 10-14 days. Instead the lazy ass dealership doesn't want to do it ( cause they don't know how ). The form is self explanatory and cost $22. Fee would be paid by me without a problem. Other dealerships are ordering the stickers to help out their customers. This dealership? The bare minimum to stay afloat it seems. You would think reputation means something to a small dealership like this. I stand corrected it MEANS NOTHING to them."
