2009 Volkswagen Rabbit 2-door Review
by BrianBiggles

Almost love

Really like this car, you never have to worry about having enough power going up hills or passing trucks because this little bunny has a lot of kick. The only annoying thing I've noticed is a bit of a delay from a full stop when you hit the pedal. Build quality is solid, independent suspension is great, you can really hug the corners. It's pra...

Avg. Dealer Rating: (21 reviews) "I went to this shop to look at a used vehicle and met a guy called Steve whom I will never want to see any time in my life. The very first experience itself was very bad and poor. On the first day, the vehicle was parked in a very crooked place. He gave me the key and asked me to look at the vehicle. I said I cannot even open the door. Then he pulled the car out and gave me the key and went inside. I think he was watching movie (I am not sure) with the headset in his ears, so he continued his very important job of starring at the monitor while we were looking at the vehicle. None of the sales I have seen did like this. They usually stand away from us to answer any of our questions. When I asked for the price, he said if you think is the vehicle you want to buy, then we can talk about it. He said he would talk first and then he would check with the manager to arrive at a good price. We went the next day with a mechanic and said we are going to buy. I think he had the intention to fight with me for whatever reason though my sole intention was to buy. I thought I was there for negotiation and then realized that I was going to have a discussion with a manner less, arrogant, rowdy type of person whom I have never met in USA. When I said my price he kept on talking about his past experience and never responded to any of my questions. He was always telling "I am with you" but he would not listen to whatever I said. Please do not waste your time with these people and these kind of dealerships, stay from it and save your dignity. The owner who relies on him would definitely lose the business one day and realize that he has made a mistake. I could not find his owner anywhere. It is a ownerless shop run by one salesman who is going to sink the business for sure. Important to note that the price was very highly overpriced and I was asking the same price after deducting the overprice as mentioned on Cargurus.com."
