Didn’t use my pre approval Financing that was approved through Car Gurus Participating finance companies. Use he finance company he deals with. Dealer wasn’t open to offer base on the vehicles short comings. The truck I look at was nice but had deal breaker problems for the price stated.

Good vibe,but unwilling to negotiate prices,and that’s ok,but in my opinion must have some flexibility!!!

Nobody showed real interest on helping me to get a car. Once I mentioned I did not wanted a new car they lost interest. Still looking

1st looked at it said had 13000 miles on it now is has 132000. But otherwise nice truck. And looks like a nice dealership.

Had to keep calling to find out if vehicle is still available and it was sold, would have like to know sooner if the dealer would have call and told me without me hunting them down for the information

Response time was great. They got back to me within about 30-45 minutes. Didn’t end up buying the vehicle i was looking at because it was actually sold that morning. They were very upfront with that information and didn’t try to get me to come in under the guise that’s the vehicle was still there. I will definitely consider Nick Jr’s next time i’m looking for a vehicle.

I was looking for an automobile and used the “Private Seller “ filter. A vehicle being sold by this Dealer came up. Please don’t advertise under “Private Seller” if you’re a dealer. It’s bad practice and misleading.

You can buy any in 30 minutes after the like it.They are really professional.

Our salesman was wonderful, but his boss was the reason for the lost sale. The car that we inquired about wasn't prepared to be shown. It had an odor of some kind. When we said we would be leaving the internet sales manager crumpled up our paperwork in front of us and walked away, very childish. Be cautious!

this is the second time i contacted them about a truck both times trucks were listed as being there listed more then 30 days ok , but both times when i called strangely they got deposits that morning . once maybe but not twice .

I did purchase a car from them a few days ago after seeing the dealership on CarGurus. I thought they were wonderful oh, very willing to work with me as the customer, and the sales rep Malika and Financial administrator, Florence, were phenomenal.

The price listed on car gurus was not the real price. They added $2700 in fees. Admitted that they have to lowball to get people in the door but there is a disclaimer on their website. There isn’t one on cargurus so beware that pricing isn’t as advertised.

Great staff at this dealership. Very helpful and easy to work with. From sales, to finance, to management an all around great experience. I will absolutely give them business again in the future.

Went to go get the car and it wasn’t even there a manager had it for the weekend and wouldn’t bring it back. Said they would work on the price do to high miles but would never say what the would lower to. A lot of run around. No real answers.
