Dealing with these folks - BEWARE - there is a $799 "Dealer Prep Fee" because they feel they will not get the profit they need. Of course, a Dealer Prep Fee is the cost of doing business (i.e. wash, wax, vacuum a car -- and I could have it detailed for $79 so we know that's not legit). I found a similar vehicle, one year newer, same trim at another dealer with no fees. Odd place demonstrating control. You must come through a door before getting access to the lot - like a cattle shuttle. There were 8-12 salesmen and no customers the evening I went. But, I waited for 15 minutes for the sales person. They did not use a four-square but their pre-printed sheet with the Dealer Prep Fee and Doc Fee. First price came - advertised price plus their fees that put it another $1000 above what was advertised. I offered a trade -- came back at same price on their vehicle and a black book value on my car (Blue Book for them, wholesale Black Book for trades -- apples and oranges). I gave a number where I wanted to be as we were far apart. They came back after another "meeting with the sales manager" with a new offer that was $200 less (we were $3000 apart). Interestingly, I emailed afterward KBB, details and they knocked $600 off the vehicle. Traditional sales practice, make you wait, tower approach to watch customers, pre-printed forms. I would just find a better place to do a deal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. "
