I asked about this car and said I was interested in buying it later in the day. The sales person I spoke to was Byron. He confirmed the details of the car to make sure we were discussing the same car. I asked if I should make an appointment to test drive and he said no, just come before we close at 6 pm and ask for me. I drove 2 hours to see the car and was told that it was sold and delivered a week ago. I felt very tricked and was just told a very dry “sorry” and left. It seemed pretty much common knowledge to everyone working there that it had been sold a week ago. I have called other car places who did the courtesy of telling me over the phone that a car was already sold but offering to see if they had similar in stock. But no place downright lied to me except for here. I will NEVER do business here or recommend anyone else to. Really poor customer service."
