When I asked what the problem was he said the car had been sitting for a long time. I asked if the car had been in any accidents (I already knew it had been). The salesman replied it had not. He got the car started with a charger. We test drive the car for about 20 mins and returned to the lot. The cars battery again died. The salesman didn't even notice. We left with no intention of buying the car or returning. "

They let me put the 2003 Lexus up on the lift behind there shop and make a decision to purchase. I inspected the vehicle I realized that it needed some work so I took a educated guess and figured out where and how mush additional labor it would need . the car did sit on the lot for some time over 365 days. I did have to do research to find out undisclosed back ground information about the car. They did inspect and tag and title the vehicle all in one package they would not finance me even with a down payment Sam did explain the reasons. I had to keep calling them because they were busy .They did communicate with me . Sam and his partner were reasonable. My Pre-owned Lexus did have sludge build up . Mobile 1 synthetic will not fix that build up but it will stop additional build up . It required a new steering pump which Sam paid out off his pocket a set amount back to me . Maintaining a used is always a concern it comes with the territory . I will buy my next Lexus from them. Michael This review can be verified by me I am a certified personal property appraiser .
