Performance: With a 1.25 injection engine this nippy Fiesta is quick off the mark in the lower gears but takes a bit of time to pick up on the motorways, the brakes are decent and handles quite well at speed but can jerk a little if you turn in too fast! Build Quality: Always starts first time, no maintenance problems up to now Appearance- Blacked out windows, low profile tyres and suspension, posh headlights make the car look superb on the outside but has a very plain plastic interior on the inside Cost of ownership- Actually quite expensive to run, mainly because the engine tends to eat petrol, costs around £50 to fill the tank up from empty but it makes up for this by being very reliable and not incurring repair costs. Fun factor- Great for road trips, nippy round country lanes, can fit your mates in and a superb sound system with a heavy bass and iPod dock makes this car very fun to drive

My general runaround car! Bought as a replacemnt for my Punto, I was after something a bit more reliable and stronger for motorway mileage. Car comes with the Zetec trim and 1.25 litre, 16 valve, 75BHP engine. The Zetec trim comes with features such as full colour coding, alloys, aircon, electric windows, CD player etcetera. Being a Ford its very well built, en par with many German cars. Car feels a lot stronger than my Punto, handling reflects this as its a bit heavier yet more convincing. However the car is equally as fun to drive. Interior is a much quieter place to be with less road noise. Floor and boot is covered in a layer of recycled seat material to reduce road noise. Economy not much worse than the Punto, again just hitting the 40MPG mark on average. Mods done: Exterior: - FK Automotive Badgeless Front Grille - Detango'd Headlights with Silvatec chrome indicators - Foglight surrounds painted Satin Black - Debadged rear - Custom Ford badge overlays by DMB Graphics - Custom wheel centre badges by DMB Graphics - Shortened Ford Aerial Interior: - Sparco Gear Knob - Fiesta ST aluminium pedals - Fiesta ST silver door pulls Chassis: - Original Ford alloys on Kuhmo rubber ICE: - Alpine Headunit - iPod interface - Directed front component speakers, MB Quart crossovers - 160 watt Blaupunkt subwoofer - 700 watt Blaupunkt 4 channel Amp - Xvision rear parking sensors Future Mods: - Seat LCR front splitter - Leather interior - Parrot bluetooth - Eibach accessory suspension, rear wheel spacers

This car (known as the XR4 down under) is all about F-U-N. No it's not the fastest motor on the road but it's a blast to drive, especially when the blacktop gets twisty and the handling takes over. It really comes alive when you push it, egging you on to go that little bit harder - it's 'silly grin' material...

My Fiesta is not a rocket but it goes for 20 Km/lt and it's really fun to drive it, good brakes and handling, fabulous mp3 radio, lovely color (blue). I use it for about 500 km/week for work, on sun and rain, road and off road streets, it's nice everywhere, so easy also to go surfing!!!
