“Not bad, but not great.”
This was the first year of the new body style and the last year of the infamous spark plug problem. It is a great ride, looks tough as hell, and has all kind of space. Dont get the 4.6, instead opt for the 5.4.

The salesman was good at knowing their lot and narrowing in on my needs (ability to tow a small boat). Sales negotiations were competitive, but comfortable. They agreed to all requested repairs. They also have a trailer business, so I had them wire the car for towing (at full cost to me, but that was fine)."

"First off the dealer wouldn't give me the Carfax (im in Idaho and needed it before i had my poor father drive an hour out of his way to look at the vehicle). The salesman promised me he had records of maintenance and the vehicle was in excellent condition so I had my father drive down to see it. Well the dashboard was lit up like a christmas tree, the brakes weren't working that well and there were ZERO maintenance records. My father nicely declined the vehicle but what gets me is the salesmen had the audacity to call me (after lieing to me and having my father drive and hour) and ask why I didn't buy the vehicle. He then told me I will never find a 2004 vehicle with maintenance records. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PEOPLE!!!"
