2003 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Review
by haleycars

Lincoln Towncar is it the right fit for you?

The Towncar is a nice long car. It is a nice quiet car to ride around in, especially to take long rides in. The gas mileage is nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. Great buy if you like long cars.

Drove an hour to see the Jeep and it had obviously been in a very nasty wreck, it was not noticeable from the pictures or mentioned in description. No one came and talked to us when we were looking at it on the lot, just sat at their office and smoked cigarettes."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "I tried to contact them twice through this website's email and they never contacted me. So I decided to go to the dealer website and try to email them that way and all I got after emailing them 3 times was a standard automatic email that basically said call us. So I called the number given to me in the standard automatic response (which was also the number given as the main number on their website) and I got no answer. I called periodically all day long. No one ever answered. So I emailed them back telling them I was having a hard time getting in touch with them and someone did give me another number and tell me to call it. So the next day my husband did. He got a voice mail. So he tried the first number again. This time someone answered. They answered by only saying "hello" he honestly wasn't sure that he had dialed the right number, but he had. He told him that he had a couple questions about a car that they had listed on the website and he said that they didn't have it and hung up. Needless to say we were confused. I decided to try to call myself and was told to call the other number. So I did. I got a voice mail again. This time I left a message for him to call me. I never got a call. I decided to try one more time. I called 3 times one right after another (bound and determined that I was going to talk to someone)! Finally I got an answer. Once on the phone with this man he was very nice and told me what I needed to know. (He alone is the reason I rated them a 2 star instead of 1 star). Now I will end this with saying that I am not a rude or demanding person in the least. I do not normally give places such bad reviews but I have to say this is about the worst way to do business. How will you ever sell cars if you can't pick up the phone?"
