While waiting for my banker to get our loan prepared, was dealing with Daniel, who actually was really great to work with... had made arrangements to have the car delivered to DFW area, offered to put cash down on the car, in which I was told was not needed, and then 2 hours later received a text saying the car was sold. Obviously, I was shocked after all the conversations, keeping everyone In the loop, and the fact that both my sales guy and sales manager were completely aware that we were solid buyers... that they would just sell the car right out from under us like that... no phone call to say... hey we've got an interested party, what's your status...absolutely nothing!!! So I wanted to speak to the used car sales manager, Sean, to find out how something like this happens... he informed me by saying "sorry...first come first serve... whoever is first in the dealership to sign the paperwork gets the car"....ummm I was having the car delivered since I live 3 hours away! So then I went to the GM, Scott, to let him know of my experience, after I told him what had transpired, he stated that Sean has impeccable customer service skills, however, when I stated, "I beg to differ"... he told me to take my glorious self somewhere else and buy a brz there, and then hung up on me!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such horrible customer service. In the end... I'm actually thankful for that experience because I found an amazing BRZ blue series that I get to surprise my son with! Take your business somewhere else where they have possess character and integrity! "
