Overview

Even a redesign of the 1998 Honda Passport hasn't much increased owners' perceptions of it.
The redesign increased the interior room, added a bit more power, and made the seats supposedly more comfortable.
The '98 Passport now has a 3.2L V6 engine with 205 hp. But it gets 20 mpg (highway) at best, and most drivers find it delivers between 15 to 17 in regular driving. That's a bit tough with today's gas prices.
Many still love the Passport's ability in the snow and the weight it can easily tow. It is however, still the reliability issue and the Isuzu build that many drivers complain about.

Car runs great and easy to fix, just the last owner didn't take care of it. I wish some of the panels wouldn't rattle and the suspension is kinda of loose, but over all a quality product. For the 180,000 miles it still hits 80 or more on the freeway and it feels solid. This car will be fun to drive for some time if I just keep up the maintenance on it. It is comfortable to sit in and has nice lines to it.

I like it well enough. It gets me from A to B. I've only had it for a few months. It's a bit of a bouncy ride but I don't mind it. It's not much of a looker but it'll do well in the winter!

Performance - Stock, but has torque for a v6, hauls anything I need for it to be hauled. Build Quality - Engine needed alot of maintenance, burns oil, and sucks alot of gas. Other than that, it is decent. Appearance - Very low key vehicle that no police will harass. Fun Factor - Going off roading, taking trips, commuting.
