The initial respondent online was prompt and setup a convenient time to look at the car I inquired about. However they never checked to make sure the car was at their site so I wasted an hour going to look at a car that wasn’t there. When I later emailed about the car to see if it was back yet, I got no response. I would have hoped for more professionalism.

I bought a used car, not new. Thought it would be more complicated, but it wasn’t. Everything was checked in front of me, they even showed videos of previous maintenance. We signed everything together. I was nervous, but they eased it.
