I’ve bought three cars from Bobby and I’m buying my forth this week. He honest, he has the cars well maintained and makes sure they are completely road ready. I sent a request for additional pictures - I specifically wanted to see pictures of the undercarriage. I was told I would get them the next day. After not receiving the pictures, I emailed back with another request. I have still never been sent the pictures. Multiple emails were immediately met with an AI email response. I called & talked to Conrad & he told me he would have a staff member text me the photos. Still didn’t get the pictures, so I texted again & was told they would get them to me the next day. Still didn’t get them - that was 3 days ago. Since then, I have texted & emailed. The only response has been another AI email response. I am an out of town buyer & getting as much info/pictures as possible would help me with the decision as to whether I make the 400+ mile trip to physically inspect the Jeep. The lack of transparency & communication has been beyond unacceptable.
