Walked out when the price on CarGurus was $13,888 yet after exorbitant fees, some of which were “for a third brake light as ‘DMV has been on them” (3rd brake lights were mandated in 1986 for cars and 1994 for light trucks and vans) and other additional things they quoted me $19,200 for CASH buy. Taxes would be about $900 with title and registration another ~$210. About 1100. They tried to charge extra $4200 in fees and “add ons” to vehicle. Complete scam

TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. Terrible i went out there on sat to see the truck they told me it needed parts I showed them my email the credit report they pulled and wht they sent me on info of vehicle and price amd capital one email that they approved me they told me they wanted to run my credit again and they wanted money dwn for me to see the car I have agreement in my email that's false advertising they said some lady name Alice did my paperwork and was on vacation not happy at all I told them u can't run my credit twice I spoke to credit people they gave me amount of car to pick ND I did they told me to come down with paperwork from job copy insurance and ID which I did . Terrible service

As soon as I inquired about the car the dealership responded quickly. I ended up setting a date to go see the car and take it for a test drive. Immediately after the test drive we sat down and talked numbers then they detailed the car and I left with it just a couple hours after arriving. Staff answered any and all questions that I had. Very professional top of the line customer service. I will definitely be going back in the future as well as recommending them to others.
