I arrived 15 Minutes late and waited 15 more minutes to see my sales person. The place is so spread out, it took her over an hour to find the vehicle. I test drove it and replied that I was not going to make a decision that day. The place is very hectic with people moving in and uot looking for cars. Overall, I was impressed with the operation. The people genuinely cared for their customers.

Was told cars was there for two day in a row because they said keep calling on it to make sure it was there. When I called to go looks at the car I called three times and go put on hold then they hung up on me so I said screw it and drove 30 mins there just to find out it was sold. Total waste of time

This place is the "puppy mill" of car dealerships. After driving more than two hours yesterday with cash in hand to buy a car, I walked in to "an office with 3 rows of tightly fitted desks - about 5 desks per row. Each one had a salesperson either on the phone or with buyers. Financing propaganda was everywhere. I had contacted "Amy" who told me the car I wanted was still available. I spoke to "Terry" when I walked in - and he found that same car on his computer. But then he unfolded his super secret list of vehicles and said it had been sold - but could/would not tell me when. He asked what it would take for me to drive home in a new car today. But "bait and switch" tactics anger and disgust me. I walked out. BTW, the car is still listed on cargurus.

This SUV here is gorgeous, but I want a brand new Buick Enclave AWD 2017-18, the same color and a great deal in the price with everything included. No more than $43,000. This dealer I rate an 8 for their response.

Very happy with my 2014 Ford Explorer. Best Way is a great no nonsense seller. Great prices no pressure. Very busy on weekends. Open on Sunday and holidays! Took care of registration and financing, left with the car Sunday on a Holiday weekend!

A woman called me about a car I inquired about. She said they still had it in stock the day I went there. When I got there, after driving 45 minutes, I talked to a gentleman who was completely disinterested in me and said the car I was told was there 45-50 minutes prior had been sold yesterday. When I asked what else they had, he seemed almost annoyed and made like showing me anything was a great inconvenience. I asked to see one of the cars and when I asked anything about it he knew less than I did about the vehicle. How do you sell something you know absolutely nothing about? Plus all their cars were "As Is" with no warranty.

When I arrived at A Better wholesale Auto's in Ct, I said to myself, "Wow"! There was so many employees in that place just jumping to help people. Their energy in that place is amazing. Lol. I smiled the whole time, until I learned about my credit. Lmao...ohhh well! They have great cars. If you have bad credit, don't go there. They don't participate in good credit, bad credit, you'll get a car no matter what. Nope!!! Lmao....if your credit is A1 sauce, then I def. recommend A Better Wholesale auto's in CT.

Wasnt was I expected. Cars are priced below value and sold "as is". Not clean at all. Test drove a car that had food in the glove box. Had a big crowd of people. The ones that did buy said they were there for 5/6 hours. No thank you.

Extremely poor experience I drove to 3& 1/2 hours to get there I was showing a automobile that had been wrecked and repainted and it was dirty but none of this was revealed to me as I called ahead and had them check the vehicle to make certain that it was in clean and good condition my sales lady Anna assured me that the vehicle was in perfect condition do not trust these people

Busy place walked in to look at some cars and the guy asked me what car I wanted to look at. Just went to look for a new car didn't have any particular in mind . That's the perfect time for him to sell me on a car that he thinks fits me . Nope . Totally opposite . He said " If you don't know exactly what car you want than what do you want me to do " DO YOUR JOB! he said " Everything is online if you want to pick a car find it online and let us know " nope . We went to see this vehicle and the car was smelly, filthy and the check engine light was on. The salesman was rude, indifferent and condescending. He made us feel uncomfortable asking questions and acted like he didn't want to be there! We asked about the cleanliness of the vehicle and check engine light and he says they'll clean it and "fix all of that" in a few days if we put a deposit down to purchase?! Anytime I've ever bought a car, off the lot the car was clean and driveable off of the lot. Who puts cars on their lots that aren't?! Who's dumb enough to put a deposit on a car with an unexplained engine light with the hope it'll be magically fixed?! Stay FAR away from this sheisty place!

Called up and see if they had it in stock and they said they do. Then I took a trip for 2 hours and 15 mins to check it out. Got the dealership, went inside and sat down and waited for 10mins and NO ONE bother to come up and asked if I needed help. Went back outside, and called them up, talked to Dan and said I was outside. Went back inside and asked for Dan. Then he said "I'm busy, I said ask for a salesman, not me" very upset, DON'T COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

I already bought a car from this dealer, was maybe lucky. I went again to buy a car à and in my big surprise they brought the car dirty with big scratches, big dents and bad job paints. I picked another car and the fender was demolished. I almost asked if I am at the junkyard. Common people what is wrong with you just respect yourself and the client and do not sell junk cars to your clients

We are confused by this Review,  Fitz is upset because we conducted normal sales business??? We are in the business to sell cars! Sales is always first come first serve. We are the highest volume wholesale dealership in the state, and we sell 500 vehicles PER month! A vehicle could very well be here when you call, and within 5 minutes of that call hanging up any one of our 30 reps could have sold it to another customer. Off to a great start. I emailed the dealership at 11:50pm and received an immediate response from Dan Regan. Also, his response wasn't some sales trick to get to call him back. He answered every question I had and I felt the responses were spot on. I run a national company in 22 states and my business is a 24/7 operations. When potential customers email us I expect my staff to respond immediately or else we lose a sale. So far, in the car industry, this type of immediate response is a first for me. I may buy the car based on this level of customer service alone!

We found the perfect truck. We spent 11/2 hours with a salesman. We agreed to use the Internet price, left a deposit, had our truck priced for a trade in and agreed we'd seek somewhere else for a loan as we had been approved for 2.29%. We also tried there for a loan as well because we'd been approved at another dealership for 2.94%. Then the finance department called and said we were approved with them for 4.9%. I said we'd go elsewhere. He said then the truck would be $2,000.00 more. I was told they upped our 2.94% by 2 points for a kick back from the bank. They call it a commission. We told them where to go as we don't deal with company's who have shady business practices and don't tell the truth straight up.

Don't waste time here. Called their number multiple times with no answer, still wanted to see the car so we drove 2 5 hrs to see it. We get there and the parking lot is horrendously packed. Busy road you're rushed off of and there are no parking spaces, so you just pull in and park. We walked inside and it was sucharged a chaotic atmosphere, I couldn't hear myself speak. Multiple workers walked past and around me! My mom grabbed the attention of one lady on her cell phone with "excuse me miss, we are looking for a car you had on your website.." and she huff's as she outs her phone down. "Which one?" And we point out this one. She says "yeah, that sold." I was frustrated, I said to my mom "2.5 hr drive for nothing apparently.." and the associate retorts "you really should call ahead of time" to which I replied "I have been calling, no one answers the phones!" (Pause for a second so she can hear the phones ringing everywhere in the office and not 1 person answering them..) Basically, poor communication, poor atmosphere, poor customer service. Avoid unless you're a broker and don't care how the people treat you as you're about to give them close to $10k.

This rating is based on my entire experience thus far with A Better Way Wholesale Autos, not just the result of my emailing them through CarGurus.com. I am thoroughly unimpressed with their level of service in asking questions about this vehicle. I didn't hear back until several days after emailing and and so I called in to get further information and two separate times I didn't receive what I asked for from two different people (Dan and a woman whose name I cannot recall). I was then finally contacted by Eddie in response to my email and I emailed him back clarifying what additional information I wanted and I haven't heard back from him yet (although it hasn't even been 24 hours yet so I am waiting to see if Eddie's level of service is better than the two people who never sent me what they said they would).

Stay away! Scammers!!!!! They said the car has no accident. I printed the Carfax of the vehicle I'm interested in (2016 Ford Explorer XLT) (VIN:1FM5K8D87GGA41737) before I drive 2 hours to check it and I was surprised that an accident was reported and the front bumper and hood and passenger side fender were replaced and painted! Those guys are not honest! Always check the Carfax before you go because you cannot trust this place!

This is not a typical dealership. More like an auction. The price is drastically lower because the vehicles are in mostly good mechanically and safety wise but cosmetically they are usually pretty dinged up on the outside and stained on the inside. It's like a Manny's Scratch and Dent Sale only for cars lol.

I talked to one of they're salesmen and I let him know that I will like t buy Truck hi ask for $1,000 dollars deposit I say I will give him my credit card number but the car was for my wife so hi said that my wife shut be the one taking to him so I went to the dealer two days later and the truck was already sold thank you for nothing.

Jacob put an inquiry in on 4/17/17. He was responded to promptly on 4/17/17 at 1:00pm. Not sure why this customer feels he needs to post an untrue review. All of our responses are Date stamped and Documented. Also, we are extremely high volume and sell over 500 vehicles per month. We let customers know when a vehicle has sold as a courtesy to them. Most dealerships would not have done that and made the customer drive in anyway. We are very transparent and up front with our customers. Not sure what else he feels we needed to say?? It was totally chaos. No privacy to do business. The sales rep went to the "lot" to find one of the 2 cars I was interested in. He came back 45mins later to say the car was in the body shop. The second car was there on site but another customer was looking at it so he'd show it to me after he was done. 10mins later the car drove by me out of the lot. I would really not recommend this dealer if you desire great customer service and privacy when making a big decision as buying a car. I would this dealer no star if I could.

This place is very shady, they listed a 2014 Ram for sale, called to confirm it was there, got there and they didn't have it, said it was sold awhile back, but they had others of not the same quality. That Truck was taken down then put back up on there site a day later at a different price, but they still didn't have it.

Contacted this dealer about coming in to see the a Subaru Crosstrek. When we go there the place was hectic and cramped with service and sales people crushed into one small area. No one greeted us and the person we thought was going to help us never did. They kind of just started doing their own thing after they acknowledged our presence. After 15 min of waiting I approached the manager (awkwardly) and he called over a sales person (Allen). They have multiple lots so we had to wait another 15 min to get the car brought over to the main lobby to test drive. It was obvious that the sales rep didn't know a thing about the car he was selling and it didn't seem like he cared at all. After we test drove the car we found multiple issues that if we weren't astute we would have missed (such as the bottom light literally falling into the car when lightly pushed). However, even with these issues he wouldn't negotiate at all on price. It was still an objectively good deal so I decided to take the car and fix it, but when I saw the contract it was filled with unexpected fees that added $800 to the price of the car (surprise!). I asked for the fees to be removed, but he did not take them off, reduce them or give me anything at all. I felt like I was being taken advantage of at that point so I didn't buy the car. Moral of the story: terrible service, extra $800 of non-tax shady fees, rude salespeople, and no negotiation on price or anything at all.

This is definetly not your typical car buying experience. The showroom was a bit overwhelming because of the tremendous amount of business being done. These folks are open 7 days a week and sell well over 100 cars a month. If you can get past all the moving bodies and conversations while you wait to test drive your car and fill out the paperwork, you'll be glad you did. I saved thousands on the car that I bought and I am very satisfied. The was a small problem that I had to bring it back for, but they took it in immediately. I told the manager that it was a 3 hour round trip for me to bring it back and he said that they would have it fixed by the next day and they delivered it so I wouldn't have to drive up again. Great folks.

The dealer responded with an automatic computer generated e-mail but never responded with an actual salesman. They never confirmed that they still had the car for sale but just said to call or come in to the store. If a real salesperson had even looked at it they would have recognized I was inquiring from out of state. It would be good for someone to confirm that vehicle was still for sale in the initial e-mail. That's what I was looking for so as to not waste my time. I only gave them 2 stars because they at least responded.

If Dan had responded to the response he would have received the confirmation on the vehicle of choice as we informed him in the first response we would be happy to do. We asked Dan to please respond and he did not. Most of our customers are from out of state so this is pretty normal business for us. We also tried calling the number that was provided but voice mail box was not set up for this customer.

"It's a trap!" High volume car mill preying on people with poor credit. Bad BBB rating. Unless you are very confident on what you are buying, and that it is a good deal, I'd avoid at all costs. High pressure, cars off site. Sent on test drive with unqualified runner who couldn't answer any questions.

Alex was great. Very helpful and willing to show me any car I liked. The only downfall the dealership has is that you are not allowed to browse the cars on the lot. The salesmen have to go get the vehicle while you wait in the parking lot. Much time wasted when you're in a hurry to buy a car. There has to be a better way.

( phone number on carguru wasn't working) found right # called spoke to a salesman, never got a call back, called again, never got a call back. Not even to say, sorry busy here's the info you requested. Looked up car fax most of their vehicles have 20+ reports.... Now you know why they are priced low low low

Despite the negative reviews I decided to give the dealer a chance and regret doing so. RUDE RUDE RUDE! The cars are literally pulled off the auction truck and put up for sale, they aren't even clean. The car I looked at still had garbage in it and was mechanically not fit for sale. I figure it's a wholesalers so you get what you pay for but no I was shocked. The car was not as described, was damaged, wouldn't pass inspection and had a "Check Engine Light" with 17 codes that the dealer tried to hide. I think the worst part of the experience was arriving to "not a hello" but the salesman saying "There's a $1,000 deposit". I left and have no plans on going back.

Waste of my time. I traveled 104 miles to see the car but they couldn't even managed to show me the car. In addition the car was in accident which they didn't put on the website. Very poor service and rude treatment of customers.

They are very reasonable and all amounts are non negotiable. Sales and service teams are very polite. Cons Cleanness and sanitation is not good. They don't clean the car properly when they are handing over the car to you.

Unprofessional atmosphere. Not a good location the lot they keep all the cars at is a quarter mile away from the showroom so you can't walk the lot to see vehicles, they just drive over one vehicle at a time they think you may be interested in. Didn't give correct information for what i needed to bring the day of purchasing and picking up the car i bought. Said they ran inspections and everything was fine, I take the car home for 1 month and it died on the side of the street without any problem lights ever coming on. Will not be back for another vehicle here. Would not recommend to any friends or family.

poor customer service, the car was a junk. as a matter of fact most of the cars is poorly kept, avoid them at all costs, I traveled all the way from Boston to be mistreated by Johnnie an Latino salesperson that was rude pressure you into a big mistake. Mike the manager was reachable and kind of good to deal with.

Not really a nice place to visit, you can get lucky and find a nice vehicle but there's a crazy place to check, if you ever go there you'll know what I mean then, online the show nice cars and nice prices but in reality those cars haven't been updated in a while and none of them is available

I went over there around 9am, I got to speak with the most nice person that I have ever met. I didn't had any money to put down and also my credit score wasn't good. But Anna did everything to help me getting a car. At 2pm I drove out with a new car. So if you go in there, ask for Anna! She's the best.

They never contacted me. I contacted them. The first time a woman described the car as having a clean record,.I asked for additional information and she placed me on hold and I was disconnected. She never attempted to call me back. I placed a second call and this time a man answered. He was honest and let me know that he was not a Porsche expert. He checked the information on the car and determined that it had been in an accident;. If it were not for the politeness of the 2nd person I would have assigned a zero rating to this dealer.

It's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from these people. Spoke to four different "sales associates" because nobody seems interested in actually selling the auto they are advertising. There's no information available except the listing ad - they actually told me that they don't know where the advertised auto is located, because they sell so many cars ? I should make an appointment with them however, because they're cars sell fast ? I think they also have a listing for a certified, one owner, bridge over the Hudson,somewhere between Canal St and Albany.

WARNING-They add a mandatory dealer prep fees ~$700 and $200 VIN etiching fee. Which they don't say it in the advertisement. One of the car I went to see pics were great, but when visited had torn seats, which they did not include in the pictures.

Dealer responded a week after 2 online inquiries on car, drove an hour to dealership after making an appointment on a specific car, got there and waited another hour while another salesperson showed the car, offered to buy the car for asking price, just needed to test drive. Waste of a trip, spend more money elsewhere, their deals come with a catch.

The dealership was very shady. They would not supply a carfax for any car they sell. One car I was interested in that they were selling seemed to good to be true. I found the carfax on my own and found that it wasin bangers had accident and was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. By these guys sell it after purchasing it at an auction and it now looks as good as new. And they never tell you the history of it. Also, if you want to purchase from them you must put money down then sign paperwork then they tell you what your interest rate and term length will be if you finance. The place was very shady to say the least. I left and went to a real dealership and spent more for the peace of mind.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The dealership is in a terrible area. The salespeople all wear shorts and grungy clothes. The cars they showed me were all disgustingly dirty and I found out after, all off of auction so they were mostly in accidents and nott fixed up> Dont be fooled by the low prices and do NOT go here. You will regret it.

There were approximately 30 people waiting to look at cars, the room where people waited to meet with salesmen was dirty, as was the premises. There was no place to park, and about 30 cars at the site. The one I came to look at was at a different site.

I'd really like to give them NO stars. Their internet person responded to my request, she wasn't the friendliest and didn't seem inteterested in making a sale! In her initial response she said the car was available... but, when I said I wanted to come see it, it suddenly wasn't available for me to come see. It was supposedly having cosmetic repairs on another lot but they couldn't be bothered to bring the car to their lot for me to see anyway. I was told they would let me know when it was on their lot so I could come by and see it. Never heard back.... that was a week ago. Don't advertise something if its not actually there for people to see.... thats wrong. I wouldn't do business with these people. You can find the same cars elsewhere and work with people who actually CARE about their customers.

When me and my wife come to the dealersome many employes ask is evrithing is ok and i said yes only i came to see the avalanche and mary and therry both is a great team they give me a good atention and everytime is check thas is everythingis ok and i waiting for the truck and i bbuy the truck thanks to the team marry and therry for the best atention they give to us thanks so much to the dealer Better Ways.

I purchased the truck at a great price way below market retail. I did get a blow out on my rear tire on the ride home which wasn't a good experience but they did send me money to purchase a new tire. I love the truck and it was worth the 2 hour drive to find this deal.

Lead me on for 5 days saying it was going to be done. Avoided calls, then tontell.le they'd call me back in minutes. No call back. Held to my $1500. To tell me could not have the car. I Have someone else to buy from for certain, but do not have a down payment. Theirs was the #1 xar I wanted... Now I lose out on both...

I deposit via credit card over phone, then did financing. Sent Bank payment and after 2 day was told that they sold the vehicle to some one else. Would not buy from this person ever.

Basel was an excellent salesman, you just have to know exactly what you want when you come here. The car was great, it just didn't have a sunroof, other than that I would of bought it.

There lot is an automotive scratch and dent sale. We stopped in on Sunday, and a few clerks looked us over and said they were closed. I called back about a car the next day, and Mary talked so fast I couldn't tell what she said. When I asked her about the car, she told me they have thousands on the lot and she didn't know every last detail of every car. Nobody deserves to be treated the way they treat people.

I would never go there again. Sales person I had was very unprofessional, didn't want to show me the cars, was very arrogant, and seem more concerned with "turning up" than selling cars. The cars look bad and have engine issues. I would not recommend anyone to this place

Salesperson pleasant but be aware that this is a wholesaler- cars we looked at were not roadworthy, and no carfax etc on vehicles- shop carefully

The Silverado was not ready to be sold many issues need it to be taken care off. Brakes l, electrical, etc. they assured me by the time of delivery it was going to be all fixed and clean. I committed on buying it. And 7 hours later the truck was dirty. Halfway way fix. It still need it front discs rotors and CV boots were broken and not of this got fixed I already spent over $500 dollars getting things fixed they are the worse i would never deal with them in my life time. BUYER BEWARE OF SCAM.

Worst experience ever. Truck was delivered filthy and sales manager is one of the worst customer service advocates I've ever met. I am far from hard to please. Price was good, everything else was terrible.
