All of the staff was great to deal with. No pressure to buy. We test drove the Jeep and left for the day. At the end of the day we decided to buy. Financing was easy and because we were from Maine buying in Massachusetts it came with some obstacles. But they met the challenge and delivered the vehicle to us in Maine.

We had a great sales man Bill was great. Great sense of humor and he made the time pass quickly. Mike the finance guy was great as well. Very friendly staff and made you feel comfortable.

After requesting more info and availability of the car, the dealer never contacted me. I contacted 2 other dealers and both contacted me. Minuteman did not. Note: The review questionnaire requires you to say whether the car was available, otherwise you can't submit the review. I answered "yes". However, I don't really know because I never heard from them.

Very disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment but when I arrived, the vehicle was not even on the lot. I was upset because nobody called to let me know. I have done business with Gervais for the past 15 years or so. I was very upset and will probably not do business with Gervais again in the future. It will take a lot for them to earn my business back again.
