Volkswagen dealerships near me (Frederick, MD)

When I got to the dealership mid-week (Wednesday), (I made a prior appointment), found out the vehicle was not ready for a test drive, as it had not been detailed I was able to see it as is but it was locked. On the day of the next appointment (couple of days later) I checked with the salesperson and they informed me the vehicle is no longer available and had been sold that morning.

Both the manager and the internet team contacted me answering my questions regarding on of the vehicles. Regrettably the vehicle sold but they gladly offered to get another one with the same specs. Their prices are the best around and 100% I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership.....

Very unexpected response when asked for the breakdown of charges in out the door price. Email stated "in 10 years, no one ever asked for breakdown of charges". This wasn't my first car purchase. Took my business to a more transparent and respectful dealer. I'll never recommend this business. Be transparent. Give more training to Y. Blanco.

They had a car that I was interested in. It was two hours away, so we spoke via text and phone. After agreeing to a price, I explained that we could come down to look at it on my next day off. I told them I wanted to take possession of the car and drive it back that day so as to not make two trips. They said they couldn't do that since they had a couple of backordered parts to get in first. Why post the ad for sale if the car wasn't ready? Don't waste my time.

Said car was cpo over the phone but on cargurus,carfax , and their own website it isn’t.. makes things look shaky from the get go
