Volkswagen dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

All of the staff was great to deal with. No pressure to buy. We test drove the Jeep and left for the day. At the end of the day we decided to buy. Financing was easy and because we were from Maine buying in Massachusetts it came with some obstacles. But they met the challenge and delivered the vehicle to us in Maine.

Not much of an experience truthfully. The car was dirty even though I had an appointment. And I never got to drive it. In my mind it was a typical bad experience at this dealership, like so many others. I was hoping they were going to stand out in comparison to so many other subpar places. But nope, it was a 3 hr waste of my day.

After requesting more info and availability of the car, the dealer never contacted me. I contacted 2 other dealers and both contacted me. Minuteman did not. Note: The review questionnaire requires you to say whether the car was available, otherwise you can't submit the review. I answered "yes". However, I don't really know because I never heard from them.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t come to a deal regarding my trade but if I were to buy one, I would go back to purchase a vehicle from him.
