Alberto was amazing! Such a pleasure to work with him. He was warm, kind, funny, and easy all around. The exact opposite of a used car salesman!! I knew I wanted the car and know I got a great deal as well as a fair price for my trade-in. He also made sure the car was detailed and accommodated my schedule to get it done. Every time I arrived, he was waiting for me outside, rain or shine. First class service!

The coffee hasn't kicked in yet so l'll be direct. That interaction on the lot was not a good experience. The salesman who assisted us was named Chris. My wife and I were deeply disappointed at the lack of accountability of the dealership. We came in on Saturday Jan 3rd to buy a GLB based on the deal we saw posted on their website. Only after test driving and moving to the next phases of the buying process were we informed the advertised 3 year servicing deal that got us in the door- was no longer being offered, even though it was still actively posted on the website. Then we were told if we don't buy the car today the price will go up $2000 tomorrow. These are both underhanded sales tactics that I would not expect from a dealership of this stature.

Our salesman Joseph was very professional,friendly and courteous. Finance manager was very helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Spent 2 weeks communicating with a sales rep only to be told they were let go or quit once I called because communication had stopped. Nothing I was told was accurate. I flew in from Utah trying to find a truck for my son, told originally they wouldn’t accept money to hold the truck only to be told $500 would’ve held the truck that was sold a day before we were scheduled to look at it.
