They lead you to believe it is a Platinum which is a more fancy ford truck, but it is not. The description even list leather seats and all the bells and whistles, but you can tell by the pictures it does not have these things. When I asked, my questions are never answered. The truck has been listed a long time, and I cannot believe it is still there.

Overall a good experience. I've purchased many used cars, this was actually the easiest. I took off 1 star for a couple reasons. First the paperwork took way to long. Almost 4 hours after making the deal. That was to long. Second because of all the BS extra dealer profit fee's they add in. Documents, title, license, lot tax etc.. These are nothing more than a money grab. These fee's are simply a cost of doing business and they look to transfer any cost they can to the buyer. In fairness they aren't the only dealer doing this. Their price on the vehicle was fair, the only reason went to to look at it. Just beware the "simple" price they brag about isn't the the real price you'll pay. Keep if mind if you're going to title the car outside of Texas they require you to pay your sales tax on the spot then they send it to your state. Not the way I wanted to handle it at all but was given no choice. Nice people. I'd consider them again.

I met with Dustin. We looked at MKX I asked Dustin serveral things abt the SUV he didn't know much abt the truck. I asked if it had navigation he could not answer and didn't know how to find it the on SUV. It took me 1hr 1/2 to get to SA from Austin. It took less then 10 mins to meet with Dustin,look at MKX and I was on the way back to Austin. Dustin didn't show a lot of interest in the sale.

Great place to deal with. Jacob Garcia and the financial staff went above and beyond to make a deal we couldn't pass up. Probably will be my first choice for future deals. So if you need a deal from great people call them up today. Very low key with none of the usual pressure to make a deal NOW like some sellers. Very nice and clean showroom and facilities too. Great place.

The sales staff at Gunn were quite professional and attentive without being aggressive. Manager assigned a salesman to us and checked on us regularly. We looked at several cars & bought one. We were pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Gunn particularly our salesman, Alexander.

Attentive and persistent. The two vehicles were no longer avaliable. Asked about one car, wasnt available so quickly emailed me on another. Great job trying to upsale a $10k more. Talked and asked about another. Wasn't available. Explained what i was looking for. Didn't listen well and got a few cars not matching. "A" for effort though. Could have been the reverse and never heard form them. I have bought from them in the past. Good buying experience.

I communicated the following message to the dealer's representative. Thank you for your prompt response. "I was initially excited about finding your listing of vehicles, namely one 2015 Acadia advertised Price $34,515 with 2,843 miles. I was alarmed after I followed through for additional details where under the Comments section the same vehicle is stated to have cloth seats and over 28k miles. If this is truly the case then it appears this vehicle must have excessive miles and something is not adding up." I never heard from the dealer regarding this apparent misinformation on the advertisement.

I sent and information request and didn't hear anything after two days Icalled and left a message with the used car department. I still did not receive a call back with in 24 hours. I finally called and asked to speak with the sales manager. He was freindly and answered my questions nicely until I asked if they would be willing to come down on the price since Carguru listed it as over market value. the sales manager said (I guess you have never worked with Gunn before) we have one simple price and we don't negotiate.
