From start to finish, the staff at Phil Long Chapel Hill were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was in search of a first car for my daughter, so finding a safe and reliable vehicle were important to me. Kira and Maggie worked together to answer all of my questions (there were a lot!), provided transparent pricing, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the information I needed to make a buying decision. I never once felt pressured. I live an hour away from the dealership so we were able to communicate via text and emails until I felt comfortable coming in to see the car in person. Once we arrived, the car exceeded our expectations and so did the service. From the front desk to the salespeople, to the finance manager and even the general manager, we were treated with respect. Was it worth the drive??? Absolutely. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a top notch team who will match you to a quality vehicle.

Dealer was responsive and patient with all my questions. Car was ready for scheduled test drive, pricing was very competitive and the purchase experience was fast and organized. They tacked on GPS tracking/recovery system at the last minute when signing financing docs but to be sure it's needed, saves on insurance and car pricing was so attractive we got past it. No hassle declining extended warranty schpeel but late on a Saturday night may have helped with that. Dealer delivered car to us after installation that gizmo from colorado springs to denver and our salesperson was pleasant to work with.

Bran was really informative about the Chevy Cruz. He had no issues with me taking the vehicle to my mechanic who was 20 miles from his dealership.
