After confirming my appointment and giving them my trade in info, I drove 75 miles to get there, only to be told that they sent the car to auction 2 days prior, they even contacted me the day I was coming to make sure I was on the way, needless to say I will never buy a car from McGovern

Bronco was not ready to be driven for the appointment made. Person who set the appointment indicated a higher trade in value offer, but then offered less than their online system. Wasted 2hrs of my time. Vehicle smelled bad and is overpriced.
