Tom was great. Ultimately, we purchased elsewhere but Tom answered all of our questions about the cars we were looking at. He was very knowledgeable and was interested in meeting our car needs.

I called to make sure the car I was interested in was still available and at the lot and when I got there it wasn’t there and I chose two different cars and they were all not at the lot and I took a Uber to get there

Reached out and made an appointment. Went the next day , 2 hours later I had the car….no hassles, quick and painless

Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected. No problem I will call back. Got hung up on again. Two more attempts all with disconnections. I finally called parts department and was able to talk to someone who sent me to the managers line, I got a VM. I noticed that every time I called the phone was answered by someone different. They really need one person to answer calls, or dare I say it AI. Don't send call's to busy sales people who are trying to sell cars. Listing was very accurate. Treated well at the dealer. Bottom line would I buy there again? Yes most definitely.
