Great experience! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Milton Martin Toyota. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A salesman reached out to me after I saw the post online. He immediately sent me the car fax and a few pictures that I had asked for. They allowed me to take the vehicle overnight so that I could get it inspected. Can’t thank them enough for making my car buying experience smooth!

Long story short made a call asked if the car was available made the twenty minute drive to see it just in time for the dealer to walk out and put the temporary tag on it because he just sold it......so reality check don't waste a potential customer time if you know you are already making a deal on the vehicle. Has some other cars we may have been interested in purchasing but will check out other dealer s who can figure out how to treat customer s better in general.

This by far is one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. The dealership is very courteous and professional. I don't plan to purchase another vehicle anytime soon but had it not been for the location so far from where I live at I would want to go back in another few years. I definitely recommend them and they are worth the drive to purchase a vehicle either new or used.

Fine facilities, great hospitality, welcoming. We decided we wanted a color they didn't have, so didn't end up purchasing from them. Highly recommend Edgar, Ethan and the dealership! Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. Definitely worth the trip.

The reason I gave a one star, because you can't give a ZERO star. I was working with Matt. He said the car was available. I told him I was approved and wanted the car. I gave him and offer. Didn't hear back all day. contacted later to ask about the offer. He got more info from me, then in the middle, says they sold the car to someone else! They sold the car out from under me.....Don't trust these people, their word means nothing.
