Toyota dealerships near me (Studio City, CA)

It was my first time buying a car and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very helpful. Also, the price had gone down on CarGurus between when I sent out my reply and my test drive and they were happy to give me the sale price. Would recommend

I made an offer and the salesman just said no without letting me speak with the sales manager. It was a used vehicle and they wanted as much as a new one...was very disappointed so we left

Drove 6 hours $200 in fuel to find the 2 trucks I wanted to see were mis identified…. They were listed as 4wd and they were both 2wd, dealer didn’t offer any incentives on a different truck that was 4wd…. Manager disappeared… salesman was new and apologized…. Horrible experience!

I was very interested in a vehicle and was contacted by 3 different sales contacts via email at first, which was a bit overkill. However in the next couple days, I only worked with one. I lived 2.5 hours away so I appreciated them sending me additional, closer pictures of the car but I noticed what was posted on the website (car color silver) and what the dealership said (car color beige) were different. The biggest disappointment was the ridiculously low amount they presented for my car before seeing it. It wasn't even half of kelley blue book value - NO THANK YOU! I do not recommend this dealership!!

Drove 2.5 hrs to see / buy the car. It has been on their lot for 60 days. I wanted to get $100 off the asking just so I felt good about the deal. Dealer wouldn't even talk about a price reduction."The price is the price" . no discussion. One week later I see in Car Guru where they dropped the price $1000. It's a great price, but I'll be damned if I'd give these folks any business.

Sales rep called me into waste my time, he had previously told me a specific car was pre-sold then called me back to say it was available. Upon arriving he said it was still pre-sold, then tried to sale me on other vehicles. if they have people like this working here I am asking myself how they stay in business.
