It was nice environment and felt no pressuer. Good experience.

I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

They had great response and consisted help

We went to the dealer for a car. I found online while there. My wife picked a different car. We had no pressure. Add all from either car. The salesman was very helpful. We went on a test drive? And she liked the other car. It was simple and easy.

Clear information provided and honest answers to questions

The listed price was $4000 dollars lower than the actual price at the dealership. The salesperson stated this was a "mistake" and that the listing had not yet updated. A classic bait and switch. I was then presented with misleading and purposely confusing pricing/ financing sheets. Unfortunately, the slimy used car salesman stereotype is as relevant as ever in 2026 at Hanlees Toyota.

The banks wouldn't finance the GLE. However the staff at Toyota worked to get another vehicle financed. Ms. Gladys Madison made everything work for us to drive away in a Honda Pilot. We appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service!

I have called, left messages, text with a representative, spoken with 3 sales people, and have accomplished nothing. Each person gives me a different answer. I have been told they will not allow the car to be shipped, will not sell any car out of state, will only take cash for their vehicles in person, and other odd information. Each person I speak with is confused and transfers me to another sales person and I eventually get the sale manager's voice mail. No one ever returns any calls. Pathetic.
