Toyota dealerships near me (Tappahannock, VA)

I was online for a week because I totaled my wife"s truck and I needed something fast. I went online and this truck popped up and I drove 3 miles up the street and bought it. Thank you Casey Toyota for such good service. My wife is in love with her new truck

Sales staff was friendly, but if your out of town customer with trade , there is no way of putting a hold on car even with a deposit. Vehicle will be sold while your in negotiation. Dont understand that policy.. Had ever intention of purchasing but had no chance. Very disappointing

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in as we could not agree on a price. The less than desirable part was when a new dealer contacted me with a fairly reasonable OTD price if I could come that day, only to find out that they quoted me the wrong price/vehicle. Thankfully, I did not travel to the site, but instead asked to see the price breakout sheet in my inbox before accepting the offer. There was a $4000 disparity between "here is the OTD price" and "here is the price breakout." It could be chalked up to a simple mistake or it could be a "bait and switch" type tactic. I'd like to assume it was an honest mistake, but one that resulted in no deal. Hopefully your experience is better.
