I ended up buying locally but I appreciated the fast response and follow up to my inquiry from the staff at Casey Toyota.

they posted the price which was $14,495 for the new corolla L 2018 and when I contact them they told me that would be the used corolla L 2016. It make me feel like con is going on at this dealership

Great dealership. Not the cheapest but they're willing to work with you on configuring your vehicle the way you want it!

Contacted quickly went for test drive.

I made an email contact regarding the car in question. Because of a family concern, I was not able to clarify when I would come to look at the car (it sold before I could get there). The follow-up emails from Casey were ok though annoying because the correspondent on their side was too pushy.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment scheduled with them to view a specific car and when I went in for the appointment they had told me they sold the car the day before. I never received an email or phone call to tell me it was sold.

They were helpful in answering my questions.

Gave me the run around and never gave me an answer. At first they would give me the price on the vehicle unless I can in to the dealership. Then after telling me that per their manager that the car I was interested in was the cleanest one they received in a while they ended up selling the car to a wholesaler bc it had too many problems for them to justify selling it on their lot. I have requested them to stop emailing me on several occasions but they keep emailing me almost every day. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.

Talked to Dashawn 3 times on phone made appointment to go to dealership 45 miles from home to see car , salesman ,Kevin knew nothing about car , after 20 minute wait, he found it said it was so dirty he would not show it to us or drive it, classic Bait and Switch manager said he would call after car cleaned up, never did.

Staff was very helpful assisting me with my questions. I would like to personally thank Kevin and his financing manger for all of their helpful information. When the time is right I will get my next car from this dealer!!!

WOW! By far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! I arrived looking in the lot for the vehicle I had arranged to purchase. It was not on the lot, it was inside the showroom detailed immaculately ready for me to look over before completing the purchase. Mark Turner greated me outside of the dealership when I arrived about 10 minutes early, he had everything in order to complete my purchase start to finish. While I was made aware of optional accessories & extended service contracts it was never a hard sell which I appreciate! They even have an insurance sales professional on staff if you want to check for the best rate for insuring your vehicle. Kiana took time to go over features of the vehicle with me, she set up my phone & favorite radio stations. It was helpful and didn't take long. Mark introduced me to the service advisor that will be handling my vehicle and set up a courtesy appointment for them to look over vehicle, top off fluids, and address any concerns I have after 1,000 miles. Service department looks like they have it together, I actually look forward to working with them! Top notch facility, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, competitive pricing, it doesn't get any better than this!

Purchased the truck and so far so good! They gave me what I wanted for my trade.

I am very far from there dealership. They did send me 3 outside photos. I was still very interested so I asked for detailed photos and condition description e-mailed to me. I explained I can’t just pop in and was relying on them, I would like an e-mail so I would have a hard copy of photos and condition. They never bothered. So either the vehicle is crap or they are too lazy to help. Who would want to deal with them now?
