As I was actively purchasing this vehicle and submitting all required documentation, another salesperson sold the vehicle. This demonstrates poor internal communication and constitutes a bait-and-switch, particularly since I was subsequently asked to consider purchasing a different vehicle.

Staff pleasant and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice these folks were. They were not hard sell. They gave me the information about the car, including the car fax, told us the best direction for a test drive, and were reasonable for the financing (it helped that I had prequalified through car gurus so I knew what rate I could get). They not only did a nice job cleaning the car and getting it ready, they filled the tank.

Great service by Edwin and the manager. Answered all questions in person and emailed. I chose to purchase another vehicle but would go there again when shopping for a new one.

Spoke to them 3x on the phone and even took out a loan for the car for them to call back and say they sold it the day before. A whole credit pull for nothing.
