Second car in Two years I have purchased from this dealership and seeing both cars on CarGurus.

Very nice people, i was Treated very well by the staff- the pricing is the only issue . Just be ready to spend between $5k-6k on top of the listed price. They seem like a good dealership overall.

They wrote back right away and had a similar car I wanted. I bought it! They have been fantastic! Cesar and Youseff from the dealership are great!

I couldn’t get the car I wanted but they were honest about it. Most dealerships would want me to go there and say oh sorry it’s sold, but this one isn’t like them.

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

There was a young man named Yuchen who allowed me to test drive the vehicle with him. He was understanding & very nice easy to speak with. He took good care of me at Island Toyota & helped me with the loan application & told me upfront how much it will be per month & if I needed to put down anything for the car. I was a little uneasy but Yuchen comforted me & made this process easy & smooth for me. Great guy & his manager was also nice very chill to speak with. Tina was the one who reached out & if she hadn't I don't think I would have tried to get the car so I am thankful for her too. Overall I had a Comfortable experience while I was there. I do recommend especially if you are going to finance a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. - Carlos Ortiz

I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.
