They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

We could not agree on the features that I wanted in the car. Price was way over for the car even though it was missing some features

We made a cash deal with them to buy this car. Filled out paperwork, the next day they were supposed to deliver the car, we called and they said oh sorry we sold that car to another dealership! What????

Spoke to them 3x on the phone and even took out a loan for the car for them to call back and say they sold it the day before. A whole credit pull for nothing.
