Toyota dealerships near me (Freehold, NJ)

Car was in limp mode when I ended the test drive they tried to sell me a Toyota. Obviously a bait and switch tactic.

They wrote back right away and had a similar car I wanted. I bought it! They have been fantastic! Cesar and Youseff from the dealership are great!

There was a young man named Yuchen who allowed me to test drive the vehicle with him. He was understanding & very nice easy to speak with. He took good care of me at Island Toyota & helped me with the loan application & told me upfront how much it will be per month & if I needed to put down anything for the car. I was a little uneasy but Yuchen comforted me & made this process easy & smooth for me. Great guy & his manager was also nice very chill to speak with. Tina was the one who reached out & if she hadn't I don't think I would have tried to get the car so I am thankful for her too. Overall I had a Comfortable experience while I was there. I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.
