There was a young man named Yuchen who allowed me to test drive the vehicle with him. He was understanding & very nice easy to speak with. He took good care of me at Island Toyota & helped me with the loan application & told me upfront how much it will be per month & if I needed to put down anything for the car. I was a little uneasy but Yuchen comforted me & made this process easy & smooth for me. Great guy & his manager was also nice very chill to speak with. Tina was the one who reached out & if she hadn't I don't think I would have tried to get the car so I am thankful for her too. Overall I had a Comfortable experience while I was there. Car was in limp mode when I ended the test drive they tried to sell me a Toyota. Obviously a bait and switch tactic.

Just wanted to see pictures of this car they had for sale. I was contacted about my inquiry but it seemed like a waste of time because I was never provided the pictures I asked for. I have been looking for this particular car for 6 months nationwide. If I liked the pictures I would have bought the car.
