Did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership but they had excellent communication. Even though my choice of vehicle had changed they tried to be helpful in getting me into something different without being overly pushy as well.

They didn’t sell it to me because when they did the inspection it wasn’t up to their standards

Bait and Switch process of low listing price and high markup OTD 21.8% higher than listing price. 2023 Toyota Prius on the lot has been sitting since Nov 2025 and has not been sold. They are losing money by trying to bait buyers and waste time with exorbitantly high OTD.

This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. I would recommend this dealership and hold Caleb in high regard.

Omar Valencia was great. He was very honest and transparent and the whole process was very smooth.
