The one complaint that I have about the Dealership was they did a poor job on make ready on the vehicle after we bought it they were supposed to have detail and got it ready to come out the inside was dirty filthy and we only have a half a tank of gas otherwise I had a good time there. I made a purchase and everything was handled online. They even took the trade without even seeing it in person. They delivered the vehicle 5 hours to my home and took the trade back with them.

I did not go look at this vehicle, but talked to them on the phone and determined that it was not quite what I was looking for. They were very helpful and courteous.

I wouldn’t recommend here to buy a car. All they do is trying to get your personal information, And then they will never reach back to you.

I called and talked to a sales representative that told me the vechicle was availble and I made an appointment for appx 30 mins after. He assured me it would be there.... when I got there the person I was told to ask for wasn't there, they told us to wait..... 30 mins later, they come get us and say that vechicle wasn't available and they had many others to show us. Obviously a bait and switch, I just left after he left us yet again for another 20 mins.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through my options, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. The buying process was smooth and transparent, with no surprises or pressure.
