Everything went smoothly. I didn’t end up getting the car I wanted though because it was sold and when I tried to keep communicating with them about other options/updates they stopped communicating with me!

Deal has a car with 3000 miles on it but tells you that the passenger window doesn't work That's crazy

Felt like a bait and switch. CarGurus gave a price of 30k for a Camry for the New Rochelle location. The Salesman for the same car tells me 33k lol. The 0% apr lease for 36 months with option to buy did not make sense numbers wise and when I repeatedly asked questions about it. I was turned over to the sales manager Eric, who had a real attitude problem. Sighing and rolling his eyes and being condescending. It was Saturday and maybe they wanted to get out of there quickly. The atmosphere in there was a bit odd and people didn’t seem really friendly. It’s a big purchase and commitment buying a new car. And they seemed upset for me doing math and asking for cost breakdowns. They almost had me and I was really going to buy a new car. I’m just going to keep driving my old car and save money until I have it all in cash. So, I don’t have to deal with people like Eric ever again. Buyers beware at the location. Do your math and research. They will try and manipulate numbers on you.

The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"

I didnt buy any car from the dealetship. I didnt I go to the dealership I didn't like the color of the Toyota Venza. More looking for gray or blue color AWD LE/XLE V6 MODEL W/ a CD playe lol

Just wanted to see pictures of this car they had for sale. I was contacted about my inquiry but it seemed like a waste of time because I was never provided the pictures I asked for. I have been looking for this particular car for 6 months nationwide. If I liked the pictures I would have bought the car.
